From I95 North Bound:

1. Take EXIT 56 (Leetes Island Rd exit - toward Stony Creek)
   
2. Turn LEFT onto Leetes Island Road
   
3. Turn LEFT onto Business Park Drive

From I95 South Bound:

1. Take EXIT 56 (Leetes Island Rd exit - toward Stony Creek)
   
2. At light at the end of the ramp, turn LEFT
   
3. At next light, proceed straight onto Business Park Drive
