Kinase Profiling Assay
Utilizing a robust, non-radiometric assay IBA can profile the activity of your compound on a panel of 16 intracellular Ser/Thr and 22 Tyr kinases in an ELISA-based format utilizing phospho-specific antibodies by determination of:

• Substrate–specific phosphorylation activity induced by kinase
  activation, and
• IC50 concentrations of Ser/Thr and Tyr kinases
