Antibody Production Services
IBA provides custom approaches to both polyclonal and
monoclonal antibody production. We offer our expertise
in designing custom peptide and immunization protocols
or you can simply provide the sequence or antigen of choice
for us to execute in our system. Need your antibody purified?
Characterized? Conjugated? IBA can provide a package that
includes antibody production, purification, and conjugation
according to your needs and applications.
Peptide Design and Synthesis
Our peptide design and synthesis services are available
to be your ally in creating the optimal peptide for successful
antibody production designed to meet your needs and applications.
Whether it is KLH, BSA, or OVA, IBA will design your protocol
around the appropriate carrier protein for optimal antigen
delivery. Our process provides the greatest chance for
success by addressing issues like antigen solubility,
specificity, purity, and immunogenicity.
Client Provided Antigens
If in need of a vehicle for antibody production, IBA is
your ally. Simply provide IBA the appropriate amount of
antigen (typically 4-5 mg at greater than 75% pure) and
we can implement our immunization protocols to generate
a specific antibody. By further augmenting this service
with purification and conjugation add-ons, we can provide
you with the convenience and comfort of knowing that your
investment and time is being well spent.
Antibody Production
With antigen and protocol in place IBA will begin the
70 to 90 day process of immunization. This service is
available for polyclonal antibody production using goat,
rabbit, or rat. Alternatively, you can choose a mouse
model for monoclonal antibody production. These services
include three serum collections including pre-bleed and
assessment of immunization efficacy via Western blot or
ELISA.
Antibody Purification
IBA offers varying levels of purification to provide the
needed level of pure antibody product. You can choose
from the following list of available purification methods
to better suit your needs and applications:

Antibody Conjugation
Many of our client applications involve the need for antibody
conjugation. IBA offers this service as an additional
